The landing page is a useful tool for planning and preparing an effective exhibition presence. Such a dedicated website can be used to prepare for the show, monitor response and publish information and content after the show.
The landing page provides key information about the exhibition or conference:
-The location of the exhibition site and the exhibition hall, which can be useful for visitors at large shows.
–Details of the exhibitors or companies on the stand if it is a joint stand.
–Provide visitors with an overview of the exhibition programme and events at the stand; this may include the possibility of registering for events.
-A range of information and promotional materials may be provided to encourage visitors to view the materials in advance and familiarise themselves with the content of our stand. The materials can be made available without restriction, but we may require visitors who wish to download the materials to register in order to obtain their details.
–A useful component of the landing page is the ‘book a meeting’ application. This allows us to schedule meetings with key prospects and existing customers in advance of the event. Potential visitors can select dates to meet with exhibitors. Booking a meeting is made easy with a simple login and allows reminders to be sent to visitors and exhibitors.
Visitors are invited to the landing page through targeted online advertising, email marketing and other advanced digital marketing tools, driving even more traffic and success to our show.Visitors were able to download in advance a brochure on Slovenian logistics with the participating companies.
Below is an example of a landing page we created for the Slovenian Pavilion at Transport Logistics in Munich.
Fourteen Slovenian logistics companies showcased their services on a 250 m² stand. The website presented the companies according to the services they offer and the types of freight they specialise in. To facilitate navigation, we have published the position of each company on the stand. A booking application enabled potential visitors to schedule appointments with exhibitors. Information about events on the stand has also been published. Visitors could also download a brochure on Slovenian logistics published by Spirit Slovenia for the event.
